Breaking up with someone can be very difficult especially when you have been 
together for the longest time. But sometimes you need to accept that some 
things don't work out; that some things don't last forever. Now I will share to 
you some tips on how to easily cope from a recent break up.

First, you have to cry it all out. You can stay inside your room and cry it all 
out. Then, you can talk it out with some of your closest friends or family 
members. It is good to have an outlet with what you are going through than to 
just let it consume you in your heart and in your mind. Talk to someone you are 
very close with about it. Let someone know how it hurts inside you having to 
lose the relationship. Such manner would give you the chance to feel lighter 
inside.

Secondly, you have to go out with your friends. Just like every coping 
mechanisms, going out and unwinding with your friends would be a great thing to 
forget the hurt that is trying to consume inside your heart. Have fun and meet 
with people. Make new friend is necessary. But keep in mind not to go into a 
new relationship immediately. Take time off from having a relationship. Give 
more time for yourself to unwind.

Thirdly, you must keep yourself busy from work or school. You can focus more on 
things which can alter your attention to more important things like making a 
living to survive. Keep yourself busy with paper works and other stuff that has 
to so with your job or school.

Next, you have to exercise. I can assure you that a great way to cope up from a 
recent break up is jogging. You just have to jog and sweat all the heartache 
that the break up has cause you. You can also do dancing or exercise routines 
with loud music that inspires you to move on with your life even without the 
person you used to be with.

Finally, you have to be optimistic with your life. You have to think about the 
future and quit dwelling in the past. In order for you to ease the pain and the 
hurt you are feeling inside, you have to start to put the past behind.

Now those are some of the many tips and measures you can do to cope up with a 
recent failure of having a relationship. Do these tips and for sure your coping
