4 hours of birding at Squaw Creek Park (Marion, Linn Co.) this morning (9-6-09) netted 9 species of warblers and no other migrants. Very quiet overall, except for one very loud and raucous Macaw-hybrid which was being carried by its owner as he walked the park trail. That bird could screech! It was beautiful, tho.
