There was a pair just N of FF on Hwy 1.

Also saw five Short-eared Owls at 155th St and Jasmine, same place as before.

Couldn't rustle up any Laplanders or Snow Buntings on the back roads but lot's
of Horned Larks were around.

Only 7 Bald Eagles, in the same trees where there were 22 a couple weeks
ago--two were imm.

A pair of Red-tailed Hawks were mating in a tree out that way.

Also saw a FOS dead skunk on the road with its friend in the snow-covered field
close by--just kinda walking about.

On the way back I found myself looking forward to getting to my computer to
check the 10-day forecast--bring on spring.
