At South Sycamore Bottoms Marsh Iowa City, we were on the North side and a
pair of Sandhill Cranes flew up from the south east side and circled around and
landed out out of sight on the east side. Also present were small numbers of
Northern Shovelers, Ring-necked Ducks and Common Goldeneye. Plus, of course
Mallards and Canada Geese.
