Birders A brief outing to Pleasant Creek Lake and Lewis Bottoms turned up only 8 species of waterfowl, with Ruddies outnumbering all others combined. Did have 4 Horned Grebes at Pleasant Creek, with 2 of them in striking breeding plumage. In a feedlot at Power Plant / Lewis Bottoms Rd., a female Brewer's Blackbird amongst a large mixed blackbird / grackle flock.
