After being gone all weekend at Waubonsie Park, I read Steve's post and drove
up to Pierce Creek this morning and did not relocate the Neotropic Cormorant.
At noon I found the bird just east of the dam and the cove. I went back after
work and couldn't find him at Pierce Creek but found him at Rapp Park with a
large flock of Double-crested Cormorants. Rapp Park is 3 miles due south of
Pierce Creek near Shenandoah.

The bird was also observed by Barb Cunningham and Marie Tiemann of Shenandoah.

Thanks, Steve!
