Hello Birders, After going all over the place today from Badger Lake in Monona Co to Brown's Lake in Woodbury Co and not finding anything of note except for an Eastern Meadowlark at Badger Lake, Jerry von Ehwegen called me and reported that he found a Cinnamon Teal at Luton WMA S.
As I expected, I came up empty handed when I searched for it. The teal were very shy and flew before I even saw most of them, so no luck on my part with the teal. To pick a Cinnamon Teal out of a flock of hundreds of flying ducks isn't easy, unless you get lucky and happen to put your binoculars in the right place. Maybe tomorrow morning.....
