Birders,

I had to work this morning at Swan Lake so I took a few minutes to snoop around
the lake. No sign of the avocets, however there were a pair FRANKLIN'S GULLS
and 4 CATTLE EGRETS flying around the west wetland. Other new arrivals include
EASTERN KINGBIRD, GRAY CATBIRD, & BROAD-WINGED HAWK.

On my "way" home I made a quick trip through Dunbar. No sign of any godwits or
avocets today. A few highlights:
15 WF IBIS
WILLET
WILSON'S PHALAROPE
3 SWAINSON'S HAWK
BOBOLINK

Closer to home I had an INDIGO BUNTING fly by. At my feeder setup in my yard in
Jefferson (Greene) joining a thrasher are CLAY-COLORED, WHITE-CROWNED &
THROATED, & LINCOLN'S SPARROWS. This afternoon a SWAINSON'S THRUSH was picking
around my compost pile.

Bird on...
