In Louisa Cty I found a Western Kingbird Sunday aft. I believe its rare rare in E. Iowa. Go west from Morning Sun on hiway 78 and turn right on the road that directs you to Virginia Grove. Go to red house I.D. # 2594 and then back up .1 of a mile. The bird was on a fence wire on the east side of the road. A Mockingbird was also there. Chuck Fuller
