Today in the woodland I saw from a distance a hummingbird (probably the ruby
throated) eating from wild blackberry blossoms.  I didn't think about that
attracting hummingbirds.  There are probably at least 1,000 blackberry
plants in the woodland so plenty to sip from.  The plants are in full bloom
all around.  I also saw one of my favorites the indigo bunting.
