Still quite a few migrants in Davis County today including 14 warbler
species.  Red-eyed Vireos were by far the most numerous migrant followed by
Chestnut-sided and Tennessee Warblers.

 

Lake Wapello State Park - Forster's Tern (3), Acadian Flycatcher, Least
Flycatcher, White-eyed Vireo, Swainson's Thrush, Nashville Warbler, Northern
Parula, Chestnut-sided Warbler, Magnolia Warbler, Blackburnian Warbler,
Louisiana Waterthrush, Kentucky Warbler, Mourning Warbler, Wilson's Warbler,
Summer Tanager.

 

Soap Creek Wildlife Area - Black Tern (35), Olive-sided Flycatcher,
Blue-winged Warbler, Kentucky Warbler.

 

Flooded field E of Falcon Blvd. and N of 150th St. - Semipalmated Sandpiper,
White-rumped Sandpiper, Dunlin, Black Tern (25), Willow Flycatcher.

 

The female Purple Finch was back at my thistle feeder tonight.
