I decided to brave the mosquitoes this morning based on a conversation
with Tom Stone Sr. last night. Tom indicated he had seen 15 species of
warblers on Sunday. While my excursion was not quite that successful, I
did find 9 species including Tennessee, Black and White, Magnolia,
American redstart, Golden-winged, Nashville, Wilson's, Common yellowthroat
and Ovenbird. Also plenty of piercing insects.
