I have a Carolina Wren all year-round at my place.  It favors the pickings 
below the suet feeder now
& takes cover in the giant Globe Arbor Vitae by my house.  I heard it calling a 
few weeks ago.
In the summer it prefers the "back four" timber & can often be heard loudly 
singing.  I hope there
are at least two then.
