HF 45 was passed in the house and has been kicked over to the senate for
debate. If we are to stop the proposal that strips the IDNR Fish &
Wildlife Departments ability from land acquisition, we must contact Senate
leadership and show our support for the removal of the proposal under the
tax payer relief act.

Please contact your Senate leadership and contact the majority leader of
the senate Mike Gronstal and ask that he remove page 10 from the Tax Payer
Relief Act that seeks to prohibit the IDNR from any and future land
acquisitions by any agreement. We need to protect our conservation
Constitutional Amendments folks. This is it and it is up to us to get this
portion of the Bill thrown in the trash can.

Thanks and Good LUCK

Make sure to contact your Senate representative number 1 and then send
Mike Gronstal a Support letter, letting him know that your support getting
that portion of the Bill stripped out and thrown into the trash heap where
it belongs. E-Mail Mike at [email protected]

Sincerely,
Bill Smith
