So we will tentatively plan for 12:30 PM on Sunday, March 27, and the Boone Audubon office. I don’t have an agenda assembled yet, but a few things we do need to discuss include plans for the Pelican Festival & Gala at Iowa City/Coralville in Sept., review of small grant proposals and awards (only one proposal has been received to date, with 9 days left in the application window), review 2011 proposed budget, and an idea for a new publication on getting started in birding. If you have anything you wish to discuss at the meeting, please send it to me in advance. I’ll send out a final agenda a around March 20. Sometime after the March 1 deadline date for small grant proposals, I’ll send you whatever we have so you’ll have time to read through them before discussing them on the 27th.
