I got off work today at 1:00 just as the haze, fog, an low ceiling
started breaking/lifting up. From 1:30 to 4:00 this PM at Algona,
Kossuth Co:
116 Bald Eagles (66 in the first hour)
23 Red-tailed Hawks
1 Harrier
2 Cooper's Hawks (one adult likely hunting local resident, one imm
passing low over Riverview Cemetery east to west may not have been)
flocks of 80 and ~160 GWF Geese, one with a token Ross's Goose
