At and around the Cone Marsh area (Louisa County) on Sunday, James Huntington 
and I found the following new arrivals and continuing species:

--American White Pelicans (flyovers)
--Double-crested Cormorants (flyovers)
--17 waterfowl species (3 geese, 14 ducks)
--continuing Sandhill Cranes
--continuing Loggerhead Shrike in the SE corner 
--Eastern Phoebes
--Lapland Longspurs
--both Western and Eastern Meadowlarks singing
--Rusty Blackbirds
--Brewer's Blackbirds (4 males, 3 females)
--Brown-headed Cowbirds

The Brewer's Blackbirds were in the burned area on the north side of 235th, 
west side of Cone Marsh.
