Folks, Having checked Kent and Dinsmore and seen that, in theory, it's WAY too early for either an Acadian or an alder flycatcher, I'm really curious to know what I heard. It was definitely a two-note call (def. not an olive-sided flycatcher), and it really, really sounded like either of the two empids. I went back this afternoon to listen again, but no luck. Anyone have suggestions?
