Surf and Black scoters were still present by the dam and the beach area. We counted 8 loons, lots of bufflehead, red breasted mergansers, and lots of Northern Shovelrs.
Lake MacBride past the recreation area two common loons and a horned grebe. The loons and horned grebe kept playing keep away from the sail boats that were having a race on the lake. Plenty of wood ducks present on a small pond across the road from the lake.
