[ia-bird] Red-necked Grebe

Birders, 

I took some kids fishing at Swan Lake in Carroll County and decided to get my 
scope out to show them some of the waterfowl on the lake. While scanning the 
birds a RED-NECKED GREBE was hanging out near a pair of loons. 

I'm currently staring it down at 5:00.  Good viewing should be had from the 
East Shelter.
