I think this is interesting because I have never seen an urban fox before! I have HEARD them in London and I know the foxes in London are common and have been described to me as being much bigger than our little foxes. (Like our raccoons, they feed on garbage, so that may account for the size.) I have seen lots of foxes in the countryside before in Pennsylvania and Virginia. But had yet to see any fox in Iowa (we have lived here over 8 years) and definitely have never seen an urban fox in the US. Quite a sight! Anne B.
