During lunch at the IOU Spring Meeting I was talking with Jim Sinclair and Ross
Silcock about the absence of any Loggerhead Shrike sightings during the weekend.

I commented about an area near my home where Loggerhead's are often seen and
asked if I saw one on the way home could count towards the meeting compilation?

I did see a pair of Loggerheads along H-12 in Montgomery County about 3PM on
Sunday and 34 miles from Shenandoah

As it was it would not count as it was seen several hours after the final
compilation and about one mile past what would have been an estimated 33 mile
furthest distance for any of the field trips.

Well you gotta stop somewhere and call an end to the official counting.
