We did not need a tape to find the rail as it was calling loudly in 5 to
10 minute spurts from 9:30 to 11:00.  It was way to the back of the area. 
Doug got a good look at it but after standing in the pouring rain and then
falling into thick black sludge, I only got what I am calling a "black
mouse glimpse".  Still, it was great to see and hear this nemesis bird.
