I am sorry to tell you, Alex. Only one Black-headed Gull was being seen over
the past ten years or so at Spirit Lake. That is, up until last fall when no
Black-headed Gull showed up at the traditional location. No one that I am
aware of has seen a Black-headed Gull this year and this is the time of year
that the faithful bird would stage at the north end of Spirit Lake. May the
good bird rest in peace.

  Hello,

Is there still a Black-headed gull on the north end of Spirit Lake? If so,
when do they arrive and more importantly, when do they leave. Thank you.

  Alex
