I scoped Sand Point Wednesday and many birds resided there, since the
refuge is closed.
DC Cormorants (at peak numbers), AW Pelicans, Canada Geese, and RB Gulls were
the
majority and a pair of CATTLE EGRETS plus 1 Forster's Tern were of interest.
