This AM (7:30ish) the juv. Glaucous Gull was right there at Fisher Lake (did
not even know this place existed).  A Lesser Black-backed showed about about 5
minutes later followed by another juv. Glaucous.  This 2nd Glaucous did not
stay long at all heading towards Saylorville with about 15 RBilled.
North of Meredith on 125th the Surf Scoter (Thanks Bery Engbretson) was the
only duck present when I pulled up at 6:45.  Black Scoter and Merlin (flying
over the rebuilt spillway road) at Saylorville but not able to locate the Black
Duck as most of the ducks were way way out there.
Tundra Swans (all 6 were at Ada Hayden when I arrived about 9:20.  While
scouting for a closer view (there was none that I could find) from the car they
hung around but then one took off circle and landed then all too off with all
the Canada except one.  Presuming they went looking for a field to munch a
little.  All in all as good a 3.5 hours as I have had for quite some time  (80%
on the hoped for birds).

God Bless,
