The refuge got a report of a dead Snowy Owl that was hit by a car near Independence, Buchanan Co. I'm not sure if it's been reported to the listserv or not. A couple of questions--is there anyone official that these should be reported to? Also, is anyone with the proper permits interested in taking dead snowy owls for education purposes? I just need to know what to tell people if they report them to the refuge.
