I was heading home from a run into town this evening so I decided to follow-up
on Wolf's last locate where he had viewed the owl. At 9 PM in hazy moonlight
my wife Linda and my mom got to see the snowy owl sitting on top of a utility
pole on the east side of the road.

As we left it remained perched. It is roosted on the 5th pole north (third
one north of the Kingsbury farm) of the intersection of 570th avenue and 200th
street in Milford township Story county.
