Birders, I spent the holidays in Arizona a few weeks ago and I've put together a gallery of some of the birds I saw at the following link:
http://www.pbase.com/markb249/az_birds_2011 My personal highlight was my lifer Rufous-capped Warbler in Florida Canyon (south of Tucson), which took 7 trips in the last 3 years to finally see. Also the variety of raptors in Santa Cruz Flats (an agricultural area between Phoenix and Tucson) was spectacular. Enjoy!
