The change in the weather has brought new birds to our feeder. This morning during the snow I was checking out the larger number of White- throated Sparrows under the feeder when I noticed a Spotted Towhee and a first year White-crowned Sparrow competing with the usual birds. They both came to the feeder all day. A resident of Gutenburg has reported an oriole at her feeders for the past two weeks.
