I made a quick trip from Ogden to Belle Plaine today, to pick up the Iowa Ornithologists Union traveling display from Karen Disbrow. We also birded for a couple of hours between Belle Plaine and Marengo and got a good raptor list. I added several more to that on the return trip. Here are the day’s totals:
