I thought I had posted this yesterday, but could find no evidence that I had.  
I wrote it out, but must have forgotten to click the last needed button.  

We had one male come yesterday afternoon among the House Finches.  We've been 
diligently watching for him today, but no sign.  It's a Project FeederWatch 
count day, so we've been begging him to come back.  I shouldn't complain, he 
became a lifer and a yard bird at the same time.
