This morning we had a FIELD SPARROW singing in our neighborhood--a first for us here. We took a walk at Cottonwood Recreation Area (Saylorville) and saw a VESPER SPARROW, two CHIPPING SPARROWS, and a FIELD SPARROW. The COOPER'S HAWK is back on its nest near the trail north of Sycamore Access. When we got home, we had our FOY for the neighborhood CHIPPING SPARROWS at our feeders.
