Sunday, 22 April--Female Northern Harrier hovering. ~1/2 mi E of the Rudd exit on Hwy 18/27. Really cool view--I was crossing an elevated overpass and had an almost eye to eye perspective of the bird. Had a great look at that almost owl-like face. Nice Earth Day experience--DM
