While birding Swan Lake this evening, I saw 15 Willets, 1 Hudsonian Godwit, 4 Long-Billed Dowitchers, 2 Solitary Sandpipers, 3 Wilson's Snipe, numerous Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs, 3 Killdeer, 30-ish American White Pelicans, and several Spotted Sandpipers. All of these were seen along the western shoreline. Soaring high above the lake, I saw at least 4 Swainson's Hawks.
