[ia-bird] Swallow-tailed Kite update, please

Birders, 

I was present for a bit over an hour yesterday (Wed) to look for the kite. It 
was seen around 2:00pm, about an hour before I got there. I didn't post my not 
seeing it because of such a short duration of trying. Several others were in 
the area and stayed longer. Myself and others would appreciate updates whether 
it was seen or not, how long you were there, when those times were, etc. This 
helps show any patterns, or lack there of, in sightings. 

I feel like an Accidental-listed species is deserving of such regular updates 
for the good of the birding community as a whole - not just for Iowa birders, 
but to those who might travel from out of state as well. 

Muchly appreciated today and in the future of this kite and beyond.
