Around 1:30 p.m., after a morning of futile searching, I finally
spotted the male BLACK-THROATED BLUE WARBLER at mid level in a tree.
It wasn't far from the previous sighting, just a hundred yards down
the trail. 

 The female wasn't seen again but a YELLOW-BREASTED FLYCATCHER was
at the same exact location.
