The rest of the family has been playing with the hummingbird feeder. and I finally tried it. I sat holding the feeder for a very short time when the first bird actually sat on my finger to drink. Later birds hovered so their belly feathers brushed my finger as they sipped. A couple birds carefully tasted fingers with their tongue tip. What a good time.
