That reminded me, a Green Violetear was already reported and photographed in 
northern Wisconsin a couple of weeks ago. That said, unfortunately, it 
succumbed to a mid-air snatch and grab from a Sharp-shinned hawk.....
 
Had a Ruby-throat fly through the yard a couple of days ago, but we'll see what 
shows up after this cold snap.
