The winds of yesterday blew in a woods full of birds......well, half full
maybe. Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers, Brown Creepers, Phoebe, 3 Red-breasted
Nuthatches, Ruby-crown Kinglets, Brown Thrashers, Cedar Waxwings,
Orange-crown, Nashville, Yellow-rump, Palm and one Ovenbird, and a large
number of sparrows including Chipping, 3 Clay-colored, Lincoln, Swamp,
White-throated, Harris's and Junco. Yesterday with the wind I couldn't
find much at all to show a birder from Colorado, except a thousand
Franklin's and Ring-billed Gulls at the lake and all over.

One female hummer at my feeders.
