Hello Birders, This morning there was a single Horned Grebe and Lesser Scaup on Ada Hayden Lake north of Ames.
This afternoon, among the numerous Dark-eyed Juncos and White-throated Sparrows, I had two Red-breasted Nuthatches and two female Purple Finches (a first to our yard) visiting the feeders.
