This afternoon I saw a NORTHERN SHRIKE at Pleasant Creek SRA,
atop a lone tree in the vicinity of the dam's southern end.
One usually shows up every winter but there has been exceptions.
Also, I briefly saw a OREGON DARK-EYED JUNCO at the campgrounds.
Two Common Loons and a few species of ducks continued on the lake.
