Hi Nancy, I basically have a template I use for the Iowa RBA, and as noteworthy reports come in, I add them in as I go. My report runs from Saturday to Friday each week. I do post it to the following regional email address as well. [email protected]. However, you need permission to post to this list, and I believe that address might be listserv@[email protected]. Im not entirely sure about that though as its been a long time ago that I got permission, and that was before the server went to Kansas State. Googling might be helpful, but those are the region wide email addresses that I use to post the Iowa RBA, and then it is seen by everyone who goes to this link http://birding.aba.org/.
