The two Great Blue Herons that showed up at the Waterman Creek rookery here in S.E. O'Brien County on the 23rd, left with the cold and snow. However the temps finally climbed above 40 today and the sunshine brought 8 Great Blue Herons to the rookery tree top nests. We'll hope their numbers grow quickly from here on out!
