Lots of neat birds being seen around the state!


Migration seems to be sweeping nicely northward and should provide excellent 
birding for the IOU Spring Meeting. 

Though we seem to have a tradition of holding off until the last minute to 
register for our meetings I would encourage you to break the habit and sign up 
early.

Food preparers are always thrilled when they have a strong count early as it 
makes it easier for them to order.
Some of the hotel special pricing expires closer to the dates so the "early 
birds" gets the worms so to speak.

As usual, Tom Schilke-in conjunction with Prairie Rapids Audubon-has put 
together and outstanding weekend of fellowship, presentations, and birding 
opportunities.
