I didn't find the GLOSSY IBIS and 3 WHITE-FACED IBIS at Hawkeye Wildlife Area
(Johnson County) between 8 and 9 a.m. when I first checked James Ave. today but
at 11:15 a.m. I saw them fly into the corn stubble field across from the first
parking lot where they remained briefly before flying off again.

I also had a singing CLAY-COLORED SPARROW between the first and second parking
lots on James Ave. this morning.

Warblers were scarce -- Nashville, Yellow-rumped, Palm, Common Yellowthroat,
American Redstart.
