This morning at Beaver Bottoms Wetland there were exactly 40 GB Herons picking
the last of the fish from a puddle about 50 x 100 ft in size. There were also
4 mallards, 1 wood duck and a few killdeer. Even the mallards and wood duck
were eating the small fish.

Beaver Bottoms Wetland is a private wetland in Dallas County, located just
south of the town of Granger.
