[ia-bird] Wood Thrush

Question:
We have lived in the same location for 30 years and have had singing Wood 
Thrush usually up to about the 4th of August every previous year.. This year 
had early migrant singing in May, then experienced cold snap and never heard or 
observed a Wood Thrush after 15th of May.
Disappointing observation any comments?
