I ID the bird as a second cycle Glaucaus Gull based on the pale gray and
light brown tones, it also appeared to have a dark eye. I have a few
heavily cropped photos on Flickr, they show the bill color to be yellow
while the scope view showed pink except for a dark tip. The bird was on
the ice where Tom Stone reported a Mew Gull, however, I watched the
roost for about 1 and 1/2 hours and did not see a Mew Gull
