I was able to get very good looks at two Barred Owls at Hickory Hill in Iowa City yesterday afternoon. In the morning there were about 20 swans on the pond in Amana. Beautiful birds trumpeting up a storm. On the look out for a snowy owl they are all over the eastern half of the United States. If anyone finds one could you please let me know. Would love to see one.
